At the time of booking a non refundable team deposit of £500.00 is required by each team. The final balance will then be paid eight weeks prior to travel and you will then receive your PGL Welcome Pack.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following booking conditions carefully, they form the basis of your contract with the PGL Golf Tours and Crown Plaza Hotel and set out our respective rights and obligations.

Pro Am Tournament entry fee deposit of £500 per team is required to hold the booking with the final balance being payable eight weeks prior to the departure date.

Full payment is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure.

Upon receipt of entry, a written confirmation from the PGL Golf Tours  will be issued including your welcome pack.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all passport, visa and health requirements. It is your responsibility to check current regulations and if our company incurs fines or surcharges as a result of your negligence you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.

We accept responsibility for all parts of the event as described in our literature and agree to supply such to a reasonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing at the time they were carrying out work authorised by us). Except where loss and or damage to luggage or personal possessions are concerned, we highly recommend that personal travel insurance is obtained prior to the event to cover such damage. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of golf courses because of maintenance or climate; we do try to keep clients informed of the up-to-date conditions.

In the unlikely event of a complaint please notify us immediately, most issues are easily resolved whilst you are on the event. If the matter is not solved to your satisfaction then please write to PGL Golf Tours within 28 days of your return, we will not accept liability after this time.

You may cancel at any time but the instructions will only be valid if we are notified in writing.
